CONWAY, Ark. – Sometimes its easy to see why a team won. Other times it’s not as easy. Central Arkansas’ 24-19 win against North Alabama falls into the first category.

The Bears forced five turnovers and didn’t commit any themselves and is one of the main reasons UCA improved to 6-2 overall and 3-1 UAC plays.

Here are five stats that tell the story of the Bears’ five-point win at home:

A big reason is the 30 yards lost as a result of three sacks. ShunDerrick Powell, who was ranked in the top three of most FCS rushing categories, had just 70 rushing yards and no touchdowns.
